Kaisercraft Retailers Day Melbourne Geelong VIC 6th -7th July2015


Hi all,

Well what a well deserved holiday!!

Back from 2 days of  Craft & 3 days of shopping.!! in Melbourne.

Michael and I visited my sister in Young NSW then traveled by train all the way to Melbourne.
From there we caught another train and arrived at our destination at 9.00 pm.
I  was exhausted... My bags we pack with Jumpers and jackets warm clothes and My craft stuff!!..

Good night sleep fixed that..

Then my facebook friend of 3 years Deanne picked me up to attend Kaisercraft retailer day. Thank god she did!!! That was a long walk!!  What a great Chaperon.

I loved attending classes have not made a scrap page in over 4 years and even though I did not complete them, I certainly learnt new techniques that I can implement into my card making.

Being a colourist/Cardmaker I was eager to show what I actually do and sell.. Using Kaisercraft as my base material and apply my colored images to complete my creations.

I have never received great reviews like I did. I was overwhelmed with the response I received from other crafter's attending and Teachers/Designers.#feelveryhappyfinally.

 I was recommended to try out a new product kaisercraft have taken on.

 MEPXY - PRONOUNCED -  LIKE PEPSI

My opinion -  Copic Versus Mepxy 
 both brands seem to perform on the same level.

When I handcraft a greeting card for Milton Buddawang, I create my theme,  well I know DADS down where I live love fishing and sailing the beautiful waters of Jervis Bay. Summer or Winter So I have hand created more of the Theme and each one is  original and slight changes. love creating the background and the embellishments.

Beyond Sketching - Therapy

Hi All I will be missing in action for the next month, As  I prepare for Hubbie Michael's  Open Heart Surgery. My best friend, My Husband my greatest fan.  His been sick for a while and very tired... His heart is not beating to the love we have had for many years... Looking Fwd to 2017 when I can have my Michael Back full of energy and alive. So for now, I have been sketching and  zoning out to forget what is going on in my life.  I wont have my sons by my side to hold my hand to wipe my tears, or tell me it will be okay.. my Eldest is overseas my youngest is ignoring my plea.. I need a hug...  But, I'm there for my best friend...  Always and forever.. The following are sample of my sketches and will be created into Mix Media Art. Coloured today with Mepxy Markers  One  I will select to be my entry into Shoalhaven International Women's Day...  Thank you  and keep us in your prays Jane
