 I have Created the Background using Die Cuts of Clouds, Air Brushed with Kaszazz Markers.
To create the look of Sky.
Heat embossed Stamp with Gold fleck...

I have used my favourite Medium Copic Markers and lots of craft stash I have lying around. To create the hair there were 10 colours E50/E51/E53, E31/E43/E37/E39/E29/E47/E49 I have used mix media to complete her clothing...
